Centre-line rule.

Team structure:

Leads for male and for female (male and female on the left and right of the centre line). Male 5 + female 5 on the field, GK can be male or female. Regarding substitution, 5 for each (male 5 and female 5 = 10). Up to 10 substitutions (all substitutes) available.

Match structure:

The team that won the coin toss selects the end (goalmouth), the other team selects the channel (left, right) and kicks off. Switch the left and right in the same turn for the Second half when they change end.

45 minutes in the first half and second half, 90 minutes in total.

(There is a switch in each half and men and women change positions on the left and right.) At that time water supply is possible. Restart method for the switch is kickoff. The first half kickoff team kicks off again the switch of first half and the second half switch is done by the second half kickoff team. 1 quarter is 22 minutes 30 seconds (switch time 1 minute, water supply possible). The stoppage time is added at the end of each quarter.

Securing boots safety:

Prohibition of metallic parts (to prevent injury in stamping and crushing).

Playing with training shoes (with small studs) is also allowed.

Headball (foul play):

The play touching the ball with the head (including the face). In case of intentional, direct free kick. In case of not intentional, indirect free kick.

Play by arms:

Apart from the exceptions detailed in “Handball”, you can hit the ball above your head including face with either 1 arm or 2 arms including hands. (The definition of ‘hit’ is touching no longer than toss of volleyball. If you hold the ball longer than that, it becomes a foul play of ‘Hold-Handball’.) It is allowed to bend body and lower the head below the ball.

Handball (foul play):

Field player is not allowed to grasp the ball with arm even if the ball is above head (Handball: Hold-handball). In case of intentional, direct free kick. In case of not intentional, indirect free kick. * GK can grasp the ball with arm only within the own penalty area.

Touching the ball under head with arm (including hitting and grasping) is not allowed (Handball: Below head- Handball).

In addition, even if the head is below the ball, sliding touch with arm to the ball within 1 yard height from the ground is not allowed (Handball: Sliding-Handball). The definition of a sliding touch is a series of actions of touch and before and after that, the part of the body other than the soles of the feet touches the ground.

When player of defending team positioning 10 to 15 yards from the set-piece, touching the ball directly is not allowed even if the ball is above head (Handball: Set-Handball). In case of intentional, direct free kick. In case of not intentional, indirect free kick.

Overchannel (foul play):

Playing in the other channel beyond the Centre-line is not allowed. In case intentionally touched the opponent, directly FK. Significantly dangerous, or interrupt opportunity, yellow card. In case of not intentional, indirect FK. GK can play on both male and female channels within the own goal area.

All the field players including the goal keeper of the other team are not allowed to play in the goal area where is defended by the goal keeper who is the opposite sex from the field players.
In the applicable channel, the goal keeper can play only in the goal area (the half part of the goal area).
(For examples, male field players cannot play in the goal area where is defended by female goal keeper. The female goal keeper cannot go out of the goal area to play on the male field. On the contrary, female field players cannot play in the goal area where is defended by male goal keeper. The male goal keeper cannot go out of the goal area to play on the female field.)
*This is to prevent collision between males and females in case the field players and the goal keeper are the opposite sexes.

Unlike touch lines and goal lines, where it is in-play when the ball is on line, playing the ball on the Centre-line is not allowed. In case the ball is stand still on the Centre-line, restart with a drop ball at 3 yards to the channel (male or female), where the ball was last located before getting stand still.
*This is to prevent collision between males and females. Crossing beyond the Centre-line is allowed as long as it does not influence to the play.
