Match structure:
The team that won the coin toss selects the end (goalmouth), the other team selects the channel (left, right) and kicks off. Switch the left and right in the same turn for the Second half when they change end.

The team that wins the coin toss decides which goal to attack in the first half or to take the kick-off.
Accordingly, their opponents take the kickoff or decide which goal to attack in the first half.
Then, the first half kickoff team selects the channel (left, right) and kicks off. Switch the left and right in the same turn for the second half when they change end.
Kickoffs can be taken by either male or female players.
